This article is about young entrepreneurs and about a 13-year old entrepreneur, Cyrus Pishevar. He is the creator of the Facebook application "High School Memories". He created this application because he believes that pictures speaks more than words - "When you type in your memories, it speaks more than just pictures can, especially when your friends help you through."

Nowadays, critics says that it is much easier for teens to become Web entrepreneurs as lesser advanced skills is needed and it's cheaper and easier. Peter Thiel said - "
he wants teens to pursue their dreams, rather than college, because traditional education steers them away from entrepreneurship and into steady jobs. " However, I feel that teens should not give up on their studies to pursue their dreams on a mere hunch that they will succeed as much consideration needs to be put into, i.e. "What if my venture fails?", "What would my opportunity cost be?" etc. But, this does not mean I approve of them giving up on their dreams, teens can pursue their dreams while studying so that if their business were to fail, they will at least have education qualifications to look for a stable job before trying again.

For Cyrus Pishevar, his venture was due to his father's influence and his main idea of sharing precious memories with friends on Facebook. Cyrus was always present in his father's board meetings since a toddler. Inspired, he learnt how to use the computer and started giving feedbacks to his father at the age of 6.

One main disadvantage for young entrepreneurs is that they aren't taken seriously by investors. Investors think that they are too young to be taken seriously and that they would not be able to think up a billion-dollar idea. However, they are wrong. As what Brusilovsky says - "These entrepreneurs might not have a billion-dollar idea today, but when they're done with high school or college, then maybe they will have a billion-dollar idea and they will know what to do with it."

Personally, I feel that young entrepreneurs must be able to take the setback that they will be facing and the challenges of the business world and that they are willing to take risks.
